Professional experience and achievements:

For more than 10 years, lecturer has been lecturing on public-private partnership and procurement legal regulation issues. Practical work experience in public procurement from both the supplier's and the customer's perspective, as well as advising customers and suppliers on public procurement issues, including working for several years in the Ministry of Finance, the lecturer has participated in the creation of procurement policy and the development of public procurement regulation.
